Returns and refunds

All sales are final

Due to the limited nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer's remorse, incorrect orders, or minor damages to the skateboard decks. Or if your dog pisses on it.

Major damage on items

If your skateboard deck arrives with major shipping damage, you may be eligible for a refund.

To qualify:

• You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• The deck must be unused and unmounted.
• You must provide photos of the damage and packaging for review.

Examples of damage that may qualify for a refund include:

• Broken or cracked decks
• Warped decks
• Structural damage that affects the deck's intended use

Cosmetic imperfections

Minor cosmetic imperfections are not eligible for refunds or returns. Examples include:

• Small scuffs
• Surface scratches
• Minor marks on shrink wrap or packaging
• Other cosmetic issues that do not affect the performance or structural integrity of the deck
• Cat scratches

Refund process

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
