Skateboarding is an inherently dangerous activity that carries the risk of property damage, serious injury, paralysis, or death.

By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge and accept these risks. Riders should always skate within their abilities and use appropriate safety equipment, unless you're Nyjah Huston or Ryan Sheckler.

You assume full responsibility for the use of any products purchased from our shop.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, losses, or claims arising from the use, misuse, modification, or inability to use our products.

By purchasing our products, you agree that use of those products is at your own risk.

But seriously, don't be a dumbass.

Orders and availability

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other circumstances that we determine warrant cancellation.

If an order is canceled after payment has been received, a refund will be issued for the canceled order.

We make every effort to accurately display product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.

Shipping

We currently ship within the continental United States only.

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, natural disasters, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages.
