Processing time

Every skateboard deck is carefully hand-packaged by us to make sure it arrives in great condition. We'll aim to process and ship orders within 3–5 business days after purchase, but keep in mind that it's just two of us. Processing times may be longer during holidays or periods of high order volume, or if we got some sh*t going on. Life happens.

Shipping rates

We currently ship only within the continental United States...sorry, Alaska and Hawaii :(

• $10 shipping for the first skateboard deck
• $5 for each additional deck in the same order

Shipping methods

All orders are shipped via UPS. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email/text when available. Or give us a shout and we'll respond.

If you're local to the Richmond, Virginia area, feel free to select 'Local pick-up' when checking out and we'll coordinate a time/place to give you your order.

Delivery delays

While we'll do our best to package and ship your order as soon as possible, delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Weather conditions
• Natural disasters/acts of God
• Carrier service interruptions
• Holidays
• Other circumstances beyond our control, such as alien invasions or nuclear warfare

Lost, stolen, or delayed packages

Once a package has been accepted by UPS and is in transit, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered by UPS.

If you experience an issue with your shipment, we recommend contacting UPS directly using your tracking information. We will do our best to assist where possible, but we cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for carrier-related issues.
